#CollegeChangesPeople #Jobs When a character applies at a location for a job, they will be offered an employment contract that will stipulate how productive they need to be. Productivity measured each time you work and functions by taking your base stat for the job and multiplying it by a given random range.

Failure to meet your given productivity requirements results in a "Fine", based on the bonus pay you got for the contract an employer may require you to "Work" for them on X-pills for varying lengths of time.

In the case that you meet the expectations set forth you will get paid corresponding to the bonus pay you signed up for.

EXAMPLE: Chris signs up with the university library and has to select his employment contract, his int is only 5, so he realizes that going for anything other than the lowest paying contract is not worth it but he takes the second lowest one anyways.

At the end of his first month he actually succeeded! But only barely so, but since he took the risk he was able to get 30% more cash than he otherwise would have.

At the end of his second month, due to finals he actually completely missed the mark, and was forced to take an x-pill weekend to service the librarian as her stress relief.

The next time he fails he'll be forced to do that twice in one month.

By his third month he has raised his int high enough to comfortably meet the requirements of the job and no longer is at risk.
